Shipping policy

Organic Greener is committed to delivering eco-friendly products efficiently and safely across Pakistan. This policy explains our delivery process, timelines, charges, and related terms.

Delivery Coverage
We deliver to all major cities and towns across Pakistan through our trusted courier partner, Daewoo Speedex Service. Delivery times may vary for remote or rural areas.

Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next working day.

Shipping Time

  • Karachi: 4-5 business days

  • Sindh (outside Karachi): 1-2 weeks

  • Other provinces: 3–4 weeks
    Delivery time may vary based on courier operations, weather conditions, or public holidays you may get your parcel early.

Shipping Charges
A flat rate of PKR 180-250 per order applies only in Karachi. Bulk or wholesale orders may incur additional delivery charges based on weight and destination.

Packaging
In alignment with our sustainability values, all products are packed in eco-friendly, biodegradable, or recyclable packaging materials, we are minimizing plastic use wherever possible.

Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, a tracking number and Daewoo Speedex tracking link will be shared via SMS or email for real-time tracking.

Delayed or Lost Shipments
If your order is delayed beyond the estimated time, please contact our support team at info@organicgreener.com or on 0300-8292344, 0300-8269027, 0339-0087712. We will promptly assist in resolving courier-related issues.

Order Verification & Address Accuracy
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details. Organic Greener is not liable for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect addresses or contact information.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photo proof at ayan@organicgreener.com, maaz@organicgreener.com. We will arrange a replacement or refund in accordance with our return policy if applicable.
